The track is chosen on day one. It decides the business model, never the level of care, testing or infrastructure.

Only say what we know
An agent answers from the client's own fact sheet, and nothing else. Outside it, the agent takes the caller's details and promises a callback.

Why pay, if some of your apps are free?
The two tracks don't serve the same people. Businesses pay for a service that saves them time and wins them customers. The free apps answer community needs nobody funds. One side's subscriptions make the other side possible.
Where is the data, and what do you keep?
For AgentRewire: on servers in Helsinki, in the European Union. No call audio is kept, and conversation content is deleted after 30 days by default. The details are on AgentRewire's privacy page (in French). Minbar asks for no account and collects no data.
Do you build custom software?
Yes, as agents: we build the script, the messages and the connections to your tools around your trade. A prototype is ready within two weeks, then the agent runs on AgentRewire like the ones in the catalogue.
How do I suggest a cause for the not-for-profit track?
Describe the need, the people it concerns and what is missing today, at the address below. We take on projects where a small, well-made app changes something, and that the market has no interest in serving.
